To create Facebook pop out widget simple go to template and click edit HTML.Now find
</head> and before this tag or above of this paste the code click here to download
this code.There is two codes in this download link and on this stage use head tag close document.After put the code save template.Now go to design and add a gadget
select HTML java script.Into it paste the second code shown into
text document with name add a gadget.
After this from gadget document find these words http://www.facebook.com/Fanofjobs and
remove this link with your Facebook page link.
Now save it and see results enjoy it
